Click & Collect

Complimentary Click & Collect is available from The Lemon House during business hours. Orders are normally ready within 24 hours.

We will send you a notification when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive this notification before visiting the store.

Complimentary gift wrapping is available for items purchased from The Lemon House. If you would like a pickup order gift wrapped, please ask our staff when collecting it or contact us before your visit.

Shipping within Australia

Online orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard and Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s weight, size and destination. Orders are sent with Australia Post unless otherwise advised.

Express shipping reduces the carrier’s delivery time after dispatch, but it does not change our normal 1–2 business-day order-processing time.

Tracking and delivery times

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates provided by Australia Post. Although carrier delays are outside our control, please contact us if you have concerns about your parcel and we will be happy to assist.
